All vehicles are fully prepared prior to being offered for sale by our own Valeter, only AUTOGLYM Car products are used to valet the cars.
All vehicles are fully serviced and checked over prior to collection by the Customer, whatever rectification work is required is carried out in our own workshops.
The only job we don't do is MOT our own vehicles, these are independently done by a well established well respected local MOT Garage.
AFTER SALES
All of our vehicles either carry the balance of Manufacturers warranties or are fully backed by David Turner Cars Dealer Guarantee in association with Lumley Insurance and The Retail Motor Industry Federation.
David Turner Cars offer the majority of their vehicles with 12 months Dealer Guarantee, obviously, older vehicles may be limited to a 3 month period with an extension to take it up to 12 months available as a payable option.
Dealer Guarantee’s generally cover ‘All mechanical and electrical parts of the vehicle from mechanical breakdown including the Labour to fit them’. Obviously, bodywork, paintwork and interior/exterior trims, normal wear & tear and service items, exhausts, brake pads, wheels & tyres cannot be covered. In car entertainment, communication and factory fitted satellite navigation systems can be covered as a payable option at the time of sale. (See applicable booklets for full details). |
